Toffee Pops are neither toffee, nor pops. In the States they would be called Caramel Cookies. The biscuit itself is a wee bit lackluster (Kiwis say wee a lot. Or at least a wee bit!). The chocolate is also very plain. I almost wrote them off, but the “toffee caramel” in the middle is scrummy! Definitely worth savouring….
